Sitka, AlaskaA piece of heaven!
Left on 09/20/2012 for a stay in August 2012
This was our second year renting this house. It is airy, comfortable, and it's proximity to the beach is ideal. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck and the living room upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. We grill a lot and had to fill the propane tank on the grill for the second time this year. That might be something to check before renters arrive. Location is close to shopping, laundry facilities, and restaurants. We didn't leave much because we loved it there. We enjoyed playing games on the beach, and taking daily runs, walks on the road and beach. Plenty of games, puzzles, etc. in the house which our kids took advantage of. We rented kayaks from Ride away Kayaks and they were great- delivered them and picked them up. We kayaked every day. Overall, one of our best vacations. Sand Dollar Realty was great to work with. Very professional, organized, and made arrival and departure very smooth.

CalgaryWhat's not to love living by the ocean?
Left on 05/23/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We loved our time here, fresh seafood from Joe's seafood every day, Walking daily by the ocean, what a lovely view. Lots of neat artistic touches, great mosaic mural in the kitchen. Our only complaint was that the beds were quite uncomfortable. We would so love to return and stay in this lovely home, but will try to find another place to rent with better beds. The staff at Sand Dollar realty were very helpful!

Ludlow MaGreat, relaxing vacation.
Left on 08/27/2010 for a stay in August 2010
As first time renters we really did not know what to expect. We found a great house for relaxing and enjoying the best the Cape has to offer. From coffee on the deck in the morning to fire pits on the beach in the evening -- we enjoyed every minute. The kids braved the cold waters and we collected a bucketfull of beautiful rocks. The house had everything we needed.
Easy, convenient check in/out process. Thanks -

GlasgowBlissful location with superb accommodation
Left on 07/16/2010 for a stay in June 2010
Check in not as initially discussed by e-mail, luck led us to the keys in the mail box, hence the 3 stars. Would have been good if we could have compromised on price as we missed the first day of our period, hence the 3 stars. Otherwise all was excellent, the property is fabulous and was very enjoyable, location is superb and we just loved it. The only suggestion for the property is to trim some plants on the paths.
Sand Dollar staff were absolutely fabulous - very helpful and friendly, wonderful to deal with and very accommodating and kind when we visited the offices. We are very grateful to you all. -

San Diego CAHoneymoon in Cape Cod
Left on 10/22/2009 for a stay in September 2009
I rented this house for my son and his new wife for their honeymoon. They said they had a fantastic time and that the house and location were just perfect. As a chef, my son was very happy to be able to cook lobsters in the pot provided. While they have not had time since their return to complete this review, I just wanted to let you know that I found the renting process very easy and I am told the staff at Sand Dollar were lovely and easy to deal with. My deposit was returned on time also! We will definitely rent with Sand Dollar again. Thank you very much. Gina Lopez

Terre Haute, INGreat place to stay when exploring the Cape!
Left on 10/22/2009 for a stay in September 2009
My mother and I vacationed at Cape Cod recently, & selected this property
because it seemed like a good location from which to explore the rest of the
cape. We were not disappointed. Everything about our stay was enjoyable:
Maureen at Salt Marsh was very helpful; the house was the perfect size for the
two of us; the living room was extremely cozy; and the deck was a great place
to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The only bad thing was
that we forgot to bring soap with us, so we had to run out and shop for soap
before we could get cleaned up! -

Boston, MaBeautiful home
Left on 11/24/2008 for a stay in September 2008
We highly recommend staying here at Springhill Beach. The home was beautiful and had everything you would need except bring your own sheets and towels. It is lovely to have the beach right there. It is great to have a grille also. And the gas stove/fireplace was very cozy at night.
The home had very comfortable couches and beds. It's a great place to stay for a wonderful vacation. -
