Center unit of a 3 unit building is this contemporary one bedroom cottage with great views of Cape Cod Bay. Very roomy with private A/C cooled Queen sized bedroom, cathedral ceilings and skylight. Additional sleeping offered in the loft with 2 twin bed mattresses. Not many cottages offer a washer and dryer, this one is located in the bedroom for tenants use. Wifi included. A great location with a great sunset view. Bedroom 1-Queen size, Loft : 2 Twins.

Right on the beach with everything you need for a super relaxing week away from city life. Swim, walk, read, sun bath during the day. Bbq, drink wine, watch sunsets, have a bonfire on the beach in the evenings. Was made that much better that we were allowed to bring our dog and since it was a private beach she could come swim with us. One of my best vacations.

Nice place, clean, on the beach.
When we stayed it was very hot around 95-100 F. The unit was equiped with fans but an aC unit would have been great. Also shades on the ceeling windows would have helped -

This was one of our most memorable trips to the Cape! We experienced a Nor'Easter with beautiful sights of the coastline. The washer and dryer was a huge hit for us, the loft a great success for the nieces and nephews, and the location perfect! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Great location on the beach with wonderful views, especially at sunset. Close quarters but perfect for couples. Clean and stocked with necessary toiletries, towels, flatware, glassware, etc. Incredibly helpful realty company. Maureen was a great help to me and my wife!

We loved our stay! The cottage was small, but was great for two adults. For the most part it was relaxing. We arrived Labor day weekend and there were alot of people and kids around which I was annoyed at (I wanted quiet and relaxation), but by Tuesday it was very quiet. We had bonfires on the beach at night with a bottle of wine and slow, quaint walks on the beach in the morning. I would go again.... This was one of the best vacations I've had.

Great beach community!!

A great surprise since we took a chance on East Sandwich beach
having not visited before. Took the puppy, who loved the ocean,
worked very well.
The unit is smaller than described, but we managed fine. The kids
loved the loft- in fact fought over it. Not for little kids!!
We were unprepared in the bedding and towel department, wish
we had taken more. Luckily there is a washer/dryer in the
bedroom. Otherwise we were very comfortable and happy to be so
close to the beach.
You can take a short bike ride to the convenience store and up and
down North Shore Boulevard. There is a great book store right on
6A. July 4th on East Sandwich beach was more than a memorable
experience.
We really enjoyed our stay!
