Rental was conveniently located on the beach but lacked many things in the kitchen (i.e. no frying pan, limited utensils, etc.). The refrigerator had rust on it making it look dirty all the time. The rooms were unconveniently small (no room to walk around the bed). It's a good thing we had friends with a larger rental not far away so we could spend evenings there.

My husband and I really enjoyed this cottage. In particular the fact that it is right on the ocean. The view is spectacular. The morning runs on the beach were the perfect way to start the day. Very tranquil, relaxing and quiet. The cottage has all the basics that you need. The location was great. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Two suggestions for improvement would be to have another piece of furniture in addition to the couch and also get the heater checked out. It was really, really loud. Sand Dollar Realty was great to work with. Quick responses as well as easy check-in and out.

This is a small enchanting house, just the perfect size for my husband and I. The owners thought of everything one would need to feel like they were renting from a 5 star hotel chain. The view from anywhere in the main room was so beautiful and relaxing.
The decks provided the most comfortable way to enjoy the beach all day and cook on the grill at night. The location - beautiful saltmash at the front door and the ocean at the back door, need I say more.
I would recommend this home to any couple looking to enjoy each other's company and relax from the worlds daily grind. We came home and we were determined to keep with us the wonderful glow we had during our stay. -

The house is nice but had some issues. It was not well stocked, lacking normal cooking items. It did have a lot of items that you would not expect in a rental. There was a lot of spiders and dust bunnys. The beach is very full of rocks. I have two young kids and would not rent the house again. But it's fine for two adults that plan on eating out.

Great location on the beach! Very quiet area. Though the weather was less than great, we enjoyed the cottage and ocean front view.
Bedrooms are small, but fine for a couple or small family. Very clean and neat. Would rent again!
