Updated from the floors to the ceilings, there is a Pottery Barn feel throughout. There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths with laundry on first floor. Beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. Relaxing both inside and out. Enjoy coffee in the morning on the spacious deck under the trees listening to the many birds or enjoy the view across the street while sitting on the front patio. Family friendly with space to hang out together or take your own space if needed.Peaceful neighborhood for walking and bike rides.Enjoy views of the marsh or walk less than a mile to the beach. Our favorite place to be!!

I had a wonderful week with my mom, sister and grown daughter. The house was spacious and well cared for - we were very pleased. There is plenty of room to spread out or come together for family games. The yard was spacious and peaceful.

Excellent vacation rental- large comfortable bedrooms and great layout for families with children. Great yard and accessible to beaches, restaurants, convenience and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay; the House in East Sandwich was absolutely fabulous, very comfortable, very well decorated and more so extremely comfortable. We felt at home the minute we walked in, only regret is that we had not rented it for a month! Instead of a week.
Will definitely recommend Sand Dollard and the house we rented to all my Canadian friends. Will absolutely have to come back in the very near future!
