This Cape Style home is located across the street from East Sandwich Beach. Enjoy the ocean breezes as you sit in the 3 season room. First floor living room, den, full kitchen and 3 season room. Second floor has the two bedrooms and bathroom with tub and shower. This home is equipped with high speed internet, cable television, DVD player, and a washer and dryer. Makes going to the beach as easy as it gets. Nice lawn and backyard deck overlooking the green marsh- relaxing views. Window A/C in livingroom and bedroom with king-sized bed. Sorry, fireplace is not functional.

Great property and Sand Dollar was super easy to deal with. Easy check in and check out. House had everything you could possibly need...including WiFi! Was fantastic to be able to bring the dog along as well. Lots of great places to go and things to do with him all very near by. Right across the street from the ocean and you can see the water from one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. Can't wait to return next year!

We really liked the house, it was complete with everything we needed and more. We loved the living room and 3 places for eating. The beach was only 220 steps away. We just didn't like the 3 inch drop to the sunroom, because we would forget it was there and my friend fell and hurt her Rotator Cuff and had to leave a day early to see a doctor for an emergency visit. If someone would color the step and the drop differently, it might be more noticeable. That was a bummer!
