The property has 2 buildings. The main house has 2 BR's up (one double w/ futon and two twins) and a 1/2 bath. The downstairs includes LR w/ Fireplace, Kitchen, DR and a full bath. The guest house has one Queen bed and two twins w/ full bath and a screened-in porch. Amenities include cable TV, DVD and stereo, microwave, toaster oven, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, lobster pot and dishwasher. The two houses are separated by a concrete patio with outdoor furniture, picnic table and gas grill. Short walk to Scorton Creek for one of Cape Cod's best striped bass fishing.
