Marshfront cottage with wonderful views, 2 Bedrooms and a loft for additional sleeping. Located just across the street from East Sandwich Beach with an association easement to private beach 100 yards from your door. Two Sliders to large deck with picnic table and grill to enjoy the ever changing and peaceful views of the marsh. Your pet may be allowed with prior permission. Common area for play in the center of the group of cottages. Bedroom 1-Double bed, Bedroom 2-Bunk Beds = 2 twins, PLUS double mattress in loft.

We loved the marsh views and the close proximity to the beach.There were holes in the window screens which allowed many bugs to come into the cottage.The upstairs loft was dusty with some cobwebs.
However we did not receive our $250 deposit yet. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and left properly.
