Take along their red wagon and beach chairs as you transport your cooler down to the private association beach. Many events hosted by the association all summer long. Take your car if you like and park at the lot right near the beach. We visited the Cape in 2011 for a family vacation. We were looking for a relaxing and quiet place with easy access to the beach and close to grocery stores and fish market. We were lucky to find this beautiful and spacious home, at a walking distance from the beach and a few minutes by car from the center of town. The house offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their activities, bedrooms are good size, kitchen fully equipped. The house is clean and well maintained.We will be going back for sure :)

This well-maintained home features good-sized rooms, comfortable furnishings, and a nicely-appointed kitchen with plenty of tableware and utensils. Real pluses are the extra living spaces; besides the living room, there is a lovely sun room and a lower level family/play room, all of which allow the family to spread out a bit and to enjoy separate activities or some quiet me-space. The yard is spacious with both sunny and shady areas. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the private beach.

We have been staying at this house for many years. Great space for my wife and the kids. We can walk to the private beach, which is never crowded. Very friendly residents and other families staying in the neighborhood. Plenty of beach chairs and a buggy to carry all your gear down to the beach. Every year the owners have updated something at the house, beds, furniture, etc. Great sunroom off the livingroom to hang out after the day at the beach. Short drive to Sandwich center with great dining and shops or mini golf for the kids.

Shower was not working in master bath-note left in the shower door..- office had no idea about it but Jerry fixed it-dishwasher full of dishes,dryer full of dishcloths and towels... toilet in master bath kept running...can opener hanging from a string in sunroom that one of my guests cut his head on... dish strainer not there for random dishes,no dishwasher soap,no toilet paper,gas grill did not light and no matches or lighter... refrig was set on low and the previous guests had left food in the freezer that melted all over...rotting potatos in drawer.. pots had burnt on food on the bottom that smoked up when we turned on the stove,not knowing the burnt on food was there..ruined a dinner...place not as neat as usual-but we still had fun...may be looking for a new place next yr. as this place was definately not in the condition we were used to. Jerry is a doll and helped us out w/the shower...beach is fabulous,tons of room in this house... we have always found it clean and neat-this yr-not so much..? need new cleaning people???

House was okay..nice area...needed a little cleaning when we arrived...grill did not work...toilet in master bedroom and basement was difficult to flush...but we made the best of it...the house layout is very nice and great dining room table...the yard is big so we were able to play yard games...enjoyed the beach and the beach chairs were great...lots to do nearby... also...since the house was ready we were able get in the house early...thanks

This is our 2nd year staying in this house. It is very spacious, plenty of room for our 2 families of 4. I like that there is also a twin size inflatable mattress, it has come in handy. We plan on staying in this house again next year.

The house was spacious and very accomodating for your family. The grill was unuseable and needed to be cleaned.
That's the only complaint.
