Just 15 Minutes from Interstate 80 Northslope is just about as close as you can get to the slopes without actually being on them. Nestled in Shawnee Valley there are plenty of Views of the mountain. 10 Minutes away is Fernwood Resort which offers an array of things to do including an amazing snow tube mountain with lift. Tube, eat and have fun for just $23.
Fridays January 15 - February 8
5 - 9 pm includes tubing and $8 food voucher. 30 Minute drive to the Crossings Premium Outlets. Nearby are the following fast food and sit-downs... Perkins, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts, Alaska Petes, The Big A Steakhouse, Thai Tani, Blue Tequila and much more.

The house is clean, but no hot water, shower does not work, and hot tube is for name sake, its just mentioned that they offer hot tub, but cannot use it. On contacting the owner about the hot water and hot tub, got funny and non-professional reply: Other than problem with hot water, shower and tub, hope you have a great stay

The owners were great to deal with and very easy to get ahold of. The townhouse was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect just minuets away from the mountain. The amenities were disapointing though. There was no wood for the fireplace and there was not enough hot water to fill the amazing hottub whirl pool. l e-mailed one of the owners about the hot water situation and he was unaware of it so hopefully the next person who stays can use it! Other then that the place was perfect for the four of us. We were even able to bring our pug and she was also comfortable there! It was a nice relaxing weekend away in a very nice townhouse.

It was our first time renting a cabin for the weekend and we just loved it. The owners were very nice and super accomidating. The place itself was clean and relaxing. The location was excelent, being close to all shops, restaurants and Mount airy Lodge. We can't wait to go back again! Thanks!!
