Located on Tawas Point, the only cape in the Midwest, Lakeview has an open downstairs floor plan that extends to beautiful Lake Huron with an 800 sq ft deck with built-in seating and a seawall that opens to the lake. When inside the home you have the feeling of being on a ship! This 1100 sq. ft. modern feeling home has 2 spacious bedrooms with a half bath upstairs, and a sleeper sofa in the living room and a full size bathroom downstairs. My family and I stayed in this lovely home the week of July 4th, 2012. It was a perfect fit for our group. The house is very roomy and offers all the comforts of home. We spent many hours relaxing on the wonderful deck. I only wish that there were a sandy beach on location but there is one a few houses up the block. We had a great time and created very special memories in our house on the lake!
