Upon entering at the main door of this beautiful home, you will find a plush living room with a Large 58" flat screen TV & window A/C. This leads to the stunning eat-in granite kitchen with dining area and doors leading to expansive deck and yard. There is a full formal dining room, and at side entry a wonderful den also with a 58" flat screen TV, and also located on the first level as well as... a 1/2 bathroom.

On the second floor of this home, you will find a sitting area, a large Main Suite with a King Size Bed, A/C, and 50" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has Two twin Size Beds, and in the third bedroom you will find a Full Size Bed. In the forth bedroom, you will find a King Size Bed, A/C, TV, Full Bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the oversized back yard. In the last bedroom, you will find a trundle bed with Two Twin Size mattresses and A/C, you will also find one more Full bathroom on the second floor.

There is a Sonos wireless sound system through out downstairs, deck, and both main bedrooms.

Outdoors you will find a large front yard as well as a spacious private back yard with an outdoor enclosed shower, gas grill, and an expansive deck.

  We have been renting on Cape Cod in the Eastham area for about 15 years. This house is by far the nicest we have ever rented. It has very high quality furnishings and a kitchen nicer that mine at home!My husband loved the Sonos wireless speaker system that is throughout the house. The house was extremely clean as the agency charges a cleaning fee.
