We love this place. The layout is just what we need, tons of room for beach gear and bikes in the garage. Easy to clean and maintain and nice division between sleeping and family rooms. Still find waiting until 2pm to check in and losing 1/2 a day of play frustrating but thats the gig.

This home was light, bright and very comfortable. The living room actually had comfortable furniture (this is uncommon in our experience), as were the beds. The house was convenient to the beaches & provided many extras like games, bikes for adults/kids, wet suits for the the kids, boogie boards and a blow-up raft. The kitchen had just about everything you would need and plenty of seating for meals (we have family of 5). The back yard is quiet and private; nice deck. I would recommend they add an a/C unit to the main part of the house, as they only have one in the MBR. I really only have one complaint...there were a lot of ants all through the kitchen. The owners must know about it as there were 10 ant traps in the kitchen alone, plus I called the mgmt company to complain (they didn't return my call). Despite the comfort and amenities this house has, I would not rent it again because of the ants (which is also the reason for only 2 stars).

Everything was great. Am a little miffed at the Rental agency. Now they're charging a security deposit insurance fee.I don't understand that one. But the house was great. -

The property was just okay. The primary influence in our stay was the unseasonably hot summer weather and the lack of air conditioning except for the small unit in the bedroom. One day after returning from golf the thermometer in the living room read 91 degrees and it didn't get cooler than 80. Very uncomfortable.

I have been renting in Eastham for many years. This is an excellent house. Clean, well equipped, great location, nice yard, close to the bike trail, plenty of space, nice neighborhood, quiet etc. We especially loved having the garage as an extra play space for the kids. The door which separates the living area from the bedrooms was also a huge plus. The one and only thing that would prevent me from renting this house again is the lack of air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. There is an air conidtioner in the master bedroom but not the two other bedrooms. The house has plenty of fans but they did not help. We happened to be there during a heat wave in late August and the heat and humidity were especially brutal. This is usually not an issue on the Cape but it was an issue last year. This would be an easy fix by the owners to make this house outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay extremely, location to beaches were great, spent a lot of time on the private deck and the bike trail at the end of the street.

The two things that bothered us about this house was the TV was too small and the mattress's were not comfortable. The mattress gave me a backache every morning and a rough night sleep every night.

We stayed for a week at the end of August and loved the house. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, and lots of homey touches throughout. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped. The deck is large and perfect for outdoor eating. We loved the location; Eastham as a town is quiet and gorgeous but had plenty of locally-owned restaurants and fun things to do to keep our young daughters entertained. The house is on quiet steeet but is close to beaches and the Bike Trail. I highly recommend this house...you won't be disappointed.
