Three season porch includes small dining area and sitting room with stairs to upstairs loft bedrooms. Second floor 2 Bdrs, 1 Bath include 2 Twins and a Queen with sliders overlooking 3 season porch and private back yard and a bonus TV room. Everything about the house was perfect. The house had all the amenities and then some. We would like to stay there again. My only criticism is the check-in. When we checked in at the office, the older female who gave us the key seemed rushed and didn't really want to spend any time chatting or explaining anything in any type of detail. She answered our questions with one word answers. Just seemed odd. She didn't even ask for identification.

We've used The Rental Company in the past and had an easy time getting our key,directions and other information that we needed.The house was very well kept and was stocked with everything we needed.There was a large screen TV and an outdoor shower that were added since our last visit a year ago.There are bicycles available if you want to ride to the beach,which is about 1 1/2 miles away.There's a nice restaurant that can be accessed through a back road so you can avoid traffic and also a "box lunch",which is great for lunch !You're also close to the Wellfleet Drive-In,which has an outdoor screen but also a movie theater inside.The toughest part for us is the one week stay.We'd like to make it longer !
