This house is light, bright, clean and comfortable. There is adequate storage for renters to put their things. Nice outdoor furniture. Nice indoor furniture. The owners of this house have done an outstanding job with the furnishings, decor and cable/internet service. We have been renting in Eastham for 20 years. So many rental homes in this price range are furnished with 1970's or 1980's castoff furniture that is filthy and have beds that have long outlived their usefulness. They often have only the most basic cable service on a crummy old small television and many houses still don't offer internet access. This home is a model for what a vacation home should be in this price range.
