My husband and I have rented this home for the past several years with our family and my elderly parents. My parents can sit on the deck and enjoy the cove while we spend the day on the beach. In the evening , the home provides the perfect location for making memories for 3 generations!

Pros: The house is great for a decent size family that enjoys boating and fishing. The main draw to the property for us is the private dock in the back yard. We also like that it sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is so so being close a few clam shack/ice cream stops ... but also close to the rotary and rt 6 traffic/noise.
Cons: Our main complaint is regarding the refrigerators - which I imagine are both around 10 yrs old or older. Both of them were barely working and could not keep anything cold. This posed a problem with baby formula/milk. We had to buy ice and store our perishables in a cooler for the week. -

This is a beautiful home -great location and accomodations. We have stayed here for the past 3 years and have many wonderful memories.
Lots of sleep space, though a few of he mattresses could use updating.
The sleep sofa mattress is worn terribly, though we have not needed to use it -the 4 bunks are great sleep options for kids.
