Very nice Federal style home with a beautiful and modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Open living/dining area with flat screen TV with expanded cable including NESN and a DVD player. There are sliders to the deck, awesome outside shower and a private, shaded and peaceful back yard. A half bath completes the first floor. Three bedrooms, all on the second floor ~ 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twins ~ all sharing the bath with a whirlpool tub and separate step in shower. This home is in a very private location although and aprroximately 1 mile to Campground Beach. Homeowner has a Spaniel, however, No Tenant Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rent: $1900 per week in season * $100 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * State and Local Taxes apply * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $400 Security Deposit (refundable).
