Nestled in the dune and close to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay, this ranch is the perfect beach house. Main level (upstairs) has a large living/dining room with fireplace and sliders to the deck, master bedroom ensuite with queen bed, great kitchen and half bath. Lower level has a family room with 2 double size futons, fireplace and sliders to a patio, 2 bedrooms and bath with shower. Rent: $2700 (off season negotiable). This place was perfect for us! We couldn't have been happier. Mary at the Rental Co. was very helpful and always quick w/ email responses. Got into town, got the key (quick-n-easy) and we were there! Location was perfect. Stroll a few steps up quiet road and we were at the beach (bayside)- easy to come & go whenever we wanted. Could also see view of water from deck, master bedroom and living room. The house itself was fantastic. We actually looked at each other and just started laughing when we first went inside b/c we were stunned that it was SO nice! Very clean, modern, relaxing atmospehere. Husb & I plus our 3 adult children + 2 significant others had plenty of space. Anything we could have needed was there. We lacked for nothing. Private, comfy.. it was great. Since asked to say what we liked least.. bushes along left side of driveway could be cut back some. When backing out along side other vehicle, bushes scraped side of car. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
