175 Salt Works Road (18659) ~ Bayside ~ Sunken Meadow Beach Private Access
Nestled in the dune and steps to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay, this rental is the perfect beach house with A/C throughout. The main level (upstairs) has a large kitchen / living / dining room with fireplace and sliders to the deck. There is a split system A/C unit on this level. The master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with a shower is on this main floor. A half bathroom is also located on this floor. The lower level has two bedrooms ~ one room has a double bed and another room has two twins with a window A/C. Also on this lower level is a large family room with a TV and 2 double size futons, fireplace and sliders to a patio. TV - Basic Cable and a firestick for streaming - Association beach access is approximately 500 ft. away. Washer / Dryer / Wireless Internet. NO Pets Accepted.
Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $3200 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $600 Security Deposit (refundable). *Tenant provides own bed linens, towels & paper products (unless noted otherwise). “My favorite vacation place”
I have stayed at this house many years in a row, missed last year and we only stayed one week on 2010. I hope to return next summer and for many summers after that. K
