Open living/dining/kitchen on the first floor with bath/laundry Steep stairs to the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 2 twins. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and the patio is surrounded by Rosa Rugosa with views over the marsh to the bay. There is access to the marsh for kayaking at the end of North Sunken Meadow Road. Northborough, Massachusettsbeautifully remodelled cottage with great views of cape cod bay
Left on 08/17/2012 for a stay in July 2012
we rented this guest cottage sight unseen so we were a little nervous. we were very pleased when we arrived, the cottage was in a very quiet spot no other houses within sight except for main house. the place was very comfortable ,clean and had everything you need. the bathroom was huge for a cottage, plus an outdoor shower which i used most days. we were close to rt. 6 so coming and going was no trouble,the beaches in the area are the best on cape and for 45 dollars you can get a season pass to national seashore. our first night we had an issue with smoke alarms but we talked to the owners and they were aware and trying to remedy the problem. they couldn"t have been nicer . the only negative is the horse flies and mosquitoes because your right next to marsh, but overall the cottage was fantastic and the area is a lot of fun.
