Very nice home on the bay side of Eastham, 1/3 mile to the beach at S. Sunken Meadow, newly renovated kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace and sliders to the deck, one bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath on the first floor. A second deck is off the kitchen. The second floor has one bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds, and another bedroom with queen bed and sliders to another deck with a peek at the bay for sunsets. No Pets Allowed. We have stayed at this rental for several years and are very happy with it. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is new and useable, and there is a gas grill that is always clean and works well. There is a large, comfortable eating area, a good size living room and several decks that offer sun, shade, views, and privacy, depending on the deck and the time of day. It's a short walk to the bay, and a short drive (or bike ride or jog) to the ocean. Look forward to coming back again next year.
