What a Perfect Vacation.. We had never rented a house off the internet before - This was the first. We usually use our timeshare or stay at hotels. My husband had gone on vacations to Eastham as a child and has fond memories. That made us decide at the last moment last June to see if we could find a home to rent. We feel as we struck gold!!! It was they best family vacation we've had to date. We brought our bikes which we rode daily on the bike trail and to Light House Point, The bay and many other places. The house was just perfect - All you need is your clothing & food when arriving to this home. Our family is looking forward to spending the same week at the same house in 2009. Many Thanks to the Family that has opened their home to share with others.

Having been invited in 2007 to visit some dear friends who rent a week at this cottage every year, we fell in love with it. We brought our family to stay this past summer.
The location is great, close to many attractions.. and yet a quieter section of the Cape. So close to the National Seashore beaches, and the bay beaches as well. Near the walking/biking trails, the salt pond, visitors center.. perfect!
The home is lovely.. well kept, clean, bright, nicely decorated. Useful items kept in the basement for renters to use. The landscaping is abundant with perennials, the deck is a wonderful setting to relax on and share meals.
We are so looking forward to returning in 2009!

Great vacation house. We stayed with our 2 boys and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the grill and ate outside on the deck every night. The outside shower was great, but we would have used it more if it was easier to get to (have to walk around the house to get to it). Our boys also loved walking across the street to play on the swings/baseball field at the school across the street. All in all we loved the house and would definitely stay there again!
