The rental property has great potential: the location, adjacent to Cape Cod bay is wonderful. However, the home is poorly maintained, and in fact the steps down to the water are so dangerous that we did not allow our grand children to use them.
The interior of the home was not appropriately cleaned: ie: floors and carpets were dirty, kitchen surfaces, including frig, stove tops and cupboards
were dirty. Finally, the outside door to the kitchen was so warped, it could not be closed or locked. Note please that the rental office was notified two times re: the kitchen door without any attempt to repair. This safety issue greatly concerned my wife
Please also note that we rented this home several years ago,,,,and the interior of the house was well maintained.

Had a great time. The location was terrific. The outdoor shower came in handy since there is only one full bathroom. The bedrooms were a little small but the weather was great so we spent most of the time outside.
the best feature of the house is the outside wrap around deck. It's like having extra rooms.
We had a wonderful time: enough variety for both adults and kids.
