Cape Cod style home with air conditioning, bright & sunny, quiet street. Located close to the bike trail, Great Pond and Kingsbury Beach on the bay side of Eastham. Dead end street of quiet well kept homes. This lovely home has a combination living room with new furnishings and a fireplace, dining area and kitchen. There is a separate den with a smart TV . On the first floor there is a newer master suite with a queen sized bed and full bath and A/C Unit. Two spacious bedrooms on the second floor ~ each with two twins and each with AC Units. There is also a full bath with shower/tub on the 2nd floor. There are two decks, outside shower, a nice level yard and wireless internet. NO Pets Accepted.

“great base for a CapeCod active vacation”
