Spacious three bedroom and one bath ranch style home with Central A/C and located near the Cape Cod Bike Trail. A nice deck with teak furniture awaits your evening BBQ s. Inside there are two separate areas to gather ~ a sunroom / den with comfortable seating & TV with expanded cable and another more formal living room for reading. The kitchen and dining area is in the center of this home and a new Bluetooth speaker for linking up and listening to your favorite music! The three bedrooms are down one hallway ~ master bedroom with one queen-sized bed and two guest bedrooms each with two twin beds. The bike trail, Great Pond and Kingsbury Beach are all nearby. New Central A/C system and wireless internet are a couple of the amenities in this home. No Pets allowed by guests staying at this home but please note that the homeowner may have their own dog at the property when they are in residence.
