Make family the focus, merging the comforts of home with the private back deck and yard. The second floor Master has it s own shower/tub bath and the 2 bedrooms on the main floor share a bath. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse away the stress and sand. Washer and dryer are located on the lower level w/ additional storage space for bikes or kayaks.
