My house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath Cape with lots of comfortable space for you to relax and plan your next adventure. There is a large walk out deck off the kitchen/dining area with a gas grill, a rattan seating area and a picnic table for casual dining. The Cape Cod Rail trail (bike trail) is 4 houses away and the end of a paved child safe street. We keep 3 bikes for your use. Within 1 mile of Cape Cod Bay's 1st Encounter Beach, this spacious, attractively furnished home affords private, comfortable surroundings as well as proximity to Great Pond and Wiley Park for fresh water activities. The house is located on a paved quiet child safe street off of Bridge Rd. The bike trail is 4 houses away at the end of the Cul de Sac and there is no pass through traffic. The house is nestled in pine trees affording privacy to sit on the deck and read a good book. Or tweet a friend on WiFi. The area has all types of shopping in Orleans or along Rt 6. There are 6 bayside beaches within 4 miles along with 4 fresh water ponds. Coast Guard and Nauset Light beach are oceanside about 2 1/2 miles away. There are deep sea fishing and whale watching charter boats at Rock Harbor. The Wellfleet Drive in and flea market is a short drive away on Rt 6. You can walk the trails at Fort Hill or visit the Peniman house. Many golf courses are also nearby. I have private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
