Cape Cod Cottage with Private Association Beach Access just 500 yds away! This three-bedroom and one bath home is located 500 yards to the steps that lead down to the private beach on the bayside of Eastham. An open living room dining room with a new 43" flat screen TV leads to the dining area and kitchen. All three bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Twins and 2 Twins) are located on this main floor along with a bathroom with a shower (no tub). A/C unit in two of the bedrooms. There is a nice private backyard with a deck and an outside "sand & swimsuit rinse off" shower with hot & cold water. This home does have wireless internet access and expanded cable TV with NESN for the baseball games! No Pets Accepted during the rental season. (Note: Owner may occasionally have a dog on site during the off season.)
