This is a beautiful, well-equipped house with a wonderful view. We enjoyed cooking steaks and fresh salmon out on the deck, seeing deer in the yard, and starfish near the shore. We used the hot tub and the games, took a hike, wandered through the town and had a great dinner at Allium. We would LOVE to come again! Thanks.

The view was fantastic, the location was very private but not too far from westsound where we enjoyed great restraunts and art gallery's. The house was clean and neat and well appointed without personal clutter. We enjoyed ourselves for 8 gorgous days. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

My family from Il had never been to Orcas Island so the house, and everything on the island was a huge success to them. We saw a resident eagle, hummingbird and otters from our wonderful deck.

The master bedroom could use a comfortable chair and a dresser. For movie nights and sports, the only TV in the house is old and has poor picture quality. The dusty/oily condition of Dolphin Bay Road, while not under the owner's control, is an issue.

Great house for relaxing (or finishing your book, Phd thesis, etc.). 20 minutes by car to Eastsound, 45 minutes to Olga. Beautifully finished interior, so if your pet make messes or tears things up, you'll want to stay elsewhere. We brought blankets & put them over the couches, just in case our dog tried to jump up on them.

the only problem was there was not the
sleeping arrangement I read there would be; so 2 of us had to sleep on couches
