ColoradoLovely Condos, fully equipped, beautiful view of Golf Course
Left on 03/26/2013 for a stay in September 2012
My condo faced the hilly Golf Course & there was a convenient walking trail. It looked like all the condo "blocks" were at an angle so they could see at least a little of the golf course. Easy to get to the car and the garbage and recycle cans outside. It had a tennis court, pool, exercise room; they all looked they were in fairly new condition. The exercise gym (equipment) was in a separate bldg. that you needed your id to get into. Nice landscaping; mostly evergreens. Inside==there were a lot of stairs to climb to get to the unit, and inside, it was a very long stairway to the upstairs bedroom. (It was a sort of townhouse; I had the 2nd & 3rd floor, with someone else below me). There was a front bedroom with 2 twin beds, and upstairs was a queen-size bed (or king?) and a drop door bed that was hidden in the wall. You could keep windows open in all rooms and have complete privacy. I kept my stuff downstairs, so I didn't have to walk upstairs except at night. Very attractive furnishings, earth colors mostly, big flat screen TV, but I couldnt get it to face the kitchen/dining area. I used the CD and DVD players. It had a full kitchen, with everything I could need, incl. a little packet of various spices, & sufficient cupboard space. Lots of closets, incl. a giant one under the stairs for skiing equipment. The rooms were big and spacious and furniture had a little bit of a rustic look, I'm assuming so it would withstand a lot of skiers in one room. And it had a clothes washer/drier. The balcony had nice furniture and a gas grill, which I had to ask the management to come and turn on. You can't make phone connections with most cells, and even the land-lines aren't equipped for long-distance calling. I did use the internet in the lobby.==For fun, there are famous ski resorts all around, (eg,Wolf Creek Golf Course) = there's some framed maps in the lobby of amazing trails. I came in the fall, so the color was changing more and more each day; mostly red oak bush, with some yellow trees. There are many amazing very steep canyons that you will drive thru to get to the condo. The Pineview Reservoir, which you cross to get anywhere, was serene and massive. The nearby small town of Eden was tiny; Ogden is a bit bigger. But Salt Lake City is the biggest and only 200,000. This is a state for hikers & Skiers; not much culture. But the Railroad/gun/car museum in Ogden is Excellent!

Rexburg, IdahoSame old time share
Left on 03/13/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Same old time share experience. Cheap TP in the name of eco friendly. Same with the paper towels. Could here everything that went on in the condo upstairs. (too much) Nice TVs, great location, friendly staff. They call this a Gold Crown time share. Of course it is Wyndom owns the company that rates the time shares. It would be a 3 star hotel room with 1 1/2 star amenities. I would recommend this to a friend if you have points to spend and want to go skiing, just be prepared for a cheap time share experience. Wifi was expensive and very very very slow.
