Description

Eden Island Marina is a stunning development in a unique local Creole architectural style. Apartment is a luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom spacious duplex 210 sqm penthouse apartment on the second floor with a third floor loft bedroom. The open plan living room/kitchen/dining room has double height ceilings with contemporary furniture. The lounge comfortably seats eight and has a 42" TV. The dining room seating six, is open plan to the fully fitted kitchen with Miele top of the range appliances, coffee maker, microwave, marble countertops and island countertop with bar stools. Folding stacking doors opening up to the large wrap-around balcony complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture - table and chairs seating eight-plus loungers and chairs and tables, ideal for that afternoon siesta, reading a good book or just merely taking in the beauty of paradise!

Also on this floor are two spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large king-size bed with luxury Percale sheets, a safe and hairdryer and private balcony. Please leave the safe open on departure.

It has an en-suite bathroom complete with large double shower, double vanity, and separate toilet and bidet room. The second bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, single vanity and separate toilet. At the top of the stairs is a seating area with a sleep sofa, leading into a third spacious bedroom with 2 single beds together, ensuite bathroom with shower, single vanity and separate toilet. Each room has a temperature-controlled air-con. Sofa bed in the family room next to the loft bedroom (see photos) can stretch occupancy to 8. Plus there is more sofa space.

Included: EVP vehicle (4 persons) to get around the island, Boat berth, Free parking, unlimited Internet and 2 hrs cleaning per week (7 nights) with one bed linen change.

A car is recommended to see Mahé as public transport is unreliable. Car hire and free parking is available on Eden Island. House rules

Always turn the aircon off when, not in the apartment and be mindful of water usage. Excessive use of electricity will be charged to the guest. Ensure that all doors including veranda doors are locked before leaving the unit and aircon is turned off. If you use the safe leave the safe door open when checking out.
