Our villa has every thing and the space you and your family need to enjoy your getway in the Seycelles, Each bedroom has it's only bathroom, the property has two kitchens, large private pool and gardens which back onto ocean. The master bedroom suite located on the 1st floor, has its own private small pool on the balcony, where you can watch the sun set. Eden Island is a new man-made artificial real estate development, about 1,5 Km wide and ½ Km large connected through a bridge to the main island of Mahé where you find few minutes drive away the city of Victoria, the hospital, the international school, the airport and the 9 holes golf course. On Eden Island you find everything you need to live or for the best holiday experience ever: on this car free residential luxury development you have a bank, bar, restaurants, swimming pools, tennis, gym, fine white coral beaches, mini-market, a super yacht marina and internet access (pay per use). A new shopping center is due in 2012.
The Seychelles weather is temperate - although the islands tend to experience a lot of rain between November and January - with calm transition periods that allow for clear visibility for deep-sea divers throughout the year. The Seychelles climate is indicative of tropical islands close to the equator in that they often experience brief showers followed by warm and pleasant sunshine. Owing to the fact that the temperature seldom rises above 31º C, Seychelles beaches provide comfortable and sunny island vacation spots, even in the humid months between December and April. As most of the islands are located outside of the cyclone belt, high winds are rare, while southeast trade winds blow regularly between the months of May and November. As a result, these islands are pleasant beach holiday destinations no matter what time of the year you choose to visit.

Was an excellent stay in Eden Island, we were a group of friends and we enjoy the house every single day of our one week holiday in Seychelles. The house have all you need to spend a good time. The only concern is does not make sense that a house for accommodation to eight people only have one golf car with a maximum capacity for four people.
