Bed Configuration: King, King, Queen, Full, Sofa-Queen, Sofa-Queen, Twin-Bunk, Twin-Bunk,
50% of total rental rate is due at the time of booking as a deposit to hold property. The balance on the account is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations are subject to a 5% booking fee, cleaning Fee and taxes of 11.1%. A credit card is required for possible damages.
