Immaculate air-conditioned home with great "in-town" location. Walk to Edgartown harbor, beaches, galleries and resturaunts. The traditional exterior gives way to a contemporary interior floor plan with plenty of light and spacious feeling throughout. There is a rec room on the lower level which is a great family gathering space with a sofa, bathroom, TV, and ping pong table. It is newly decorated and furnished. A deck and large back yard makes this an ideal Vineyard vacation home.

We had a fabulous time at this home. The owners were very gracious and the entire property was spotless upon arrival. Downtown was a short walk and the evenings were peaceful. Highly recommended. The basement is huge!

I have rented from Sandcastle several times and find them very professional and helpful. If ever I have had an issue they have been very responsive. Both properties I have rented have been clean and well kept.

This house was perfect for us because it was very clean and comfortable, it
was in a really great location, it had the right number of bedrooms, and it was
air-conditioned! The only downside was that there weren't many kitchen
utensils and only a few wine glasses (we actually had to buy more wine
glasses). Unfortunately, we had horrible rainy weather all week, but staying in
such a great house really made up for it. We really loved the house and have
already booked a week to stay there again next year. -

There is NOTHING I would change about this house, the service from the rental company, or the location in Edgartown. The week was perfect. The house was everything described, and more. Everything was in lovely shape, clean and sparkling, the beds were comfortable, the house was so pretty, everything worked perfectly. There was a ton of room for us to spread out, no one felt cramped or uncomfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and all the appliances were clean and worked fine. There was no musty smell like we have experienced in other rental houses we've rented before at the beach.
Sandcastle Realty was also perfect. There were no problems that I needed them to help me with, but I certainly felt they would have been right there if I had needed them for anything. We have rented a LOT of houses in our vacation history, and I can honestly say we have never rented a nicer or better property. It was expensive, but no more so than Martha's Vineyard in general, and absolutely worth what we paid for it.
