Description from the manager

This is a spacious contemporary well situated in a nicely developed area near South Beach. Up to date kitchen open to dining area. Additional dining area on screened sunporch - a great family hang-out room. Also, long deck facing grassy back yard. Spacious bedrooms have brand new beds and bedding; upstairs bedrooms each have private bath. Great location for beach lovers. This is a non smoking home. No pets allowed.
