Bright, open and light filled contemporary in a wonderful Katama location - within minutes of beach and town, trolley stop and bike path. First floor has living room with cathedral ceiling, lots of skylights, and 2 paddle fans, a dining area, well equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower bath and laundry closet with washer/dryer. There are three sets of sliders leading out to front and side decks creating a light, relaxing vacation destination. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor complete the house.

Manager
This guest is absoutely correct in that he and his "guests" caused both Sandcastle, the owners and the neighbors huge problems!! After about the fifth call to him about the horrendous behavior of his "kids" and the terrible care they were taking of the house and property he finally told the owner "Call the police. I cannot control my "kids" !" So, we are not surprised at this review. We have rented thsi house since 2005 to many guests all of whom have had a good experience in it. Come see for yourself!!
