Historic section of house has paneled living rooms with wide pine floors. It is across from M.V. Historical Society. Beautiful landscaped yard and patio for relaxing on a summer day. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood yet close to harbor, village, shopping & fine restaurants and galleries, Chappy ferry & beaches. Updates done in 1993.

Central Air a big plus! There is also a garage.
