IT IS A REVERSE LIVING HOUSE WITH THREE BEDROOMS ON THE 1st FLOOR AND THE MASTER ON THE 2nd FLOOR. THE LIVING AREA IS OPEN AND AIRY WITH A VERY LARGE DECK ON THE SECOND LEVEL.

Check in was easy. Home was nice and clean about a mile from the beach. It had towels and linen and all the amenities you need. We rented a car to get around, it's a little ways out. Very quiet nice neighbors.

We loved the "inverse Living" set up of the house. Having a glimpse of the water was nice, and proximity to South Beach was great.
Bathrooms were clean enough, but the house was not vacuumed and dusted well enough. It was too quick of a job?
You may want to make note that the style of dehumidifier in the house - I think- is the kind that is supposed to empty out a window? It was on for quite awhile, and had not collected any water...we checked. Just a heads up.
We did enjoy this house enough to rent again.
