Description from the manager
Less than one mile to South Beach this contemporary home can sleep up to ten people. There are three bedrooms and one sleep sofa in the den. The reverse floor plan has the living, dining room and kitchen on the second floor to take advantage of the great views over Katama, out to the Atlantic ocean. Three bedrooms on the first floor and den with sleep sofa on the 2nd floor. Modern amenities throughout the house include a wonderful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances. Wireless internet. Fabulous large deck off of the living area on the second floor.

The house was a perfect location. The steps are very steep and not child friendly. Also my mom broke her foot falling over the small step on the patio which wasn't marked.
