Spacious, upscale vacation 4 bedroom home furnished in a casual decor. Set back in natural landscaping in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from South Beach & 2 miles from Edgartown. Enjoy the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies or deck and cool breezes from six sliders in open living space. Climb the winding oak staircase to a loft with a panoramic ocean and Katama fields view. A short walk to breakfast at the Right Fork restaurant at the Katama Airfield. Just off the bike path to South Beach & Edgartown, or steps to the bus connecting to all points on the Island.
Ferry tickets available for some summer weeks.

The experience my family and I had at this cottage was fabulous! The location is perfect as it is only minutes away from an absolutely gorgeous beach and a quick drive to Edgartown which has wonderful shopping and restaurants. An added feature is the short walk to the shuttle bus stop if you prefer not to drive into town. The street is private and peaceful. The house is spacious, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and has all the necessary amenities. You won't be disappointed if you rent this beautiful home!

This house is wonderful! The location is great because it's slightly tucked away and private, yet an easy bike ride or drive into downtown and even closer to Katama beach. The house is extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on our bikes during the day, and it was a great place to come back to and relax in the late afternoon before heading out to dinner.
I stayed with my husband and some friends and we all had a great time. I think that it would be perfect for a family with children as well. The master bedroom on the first floor has a spacious full bath with a laundry area that was very convenient.
I highly recommend this house and look forward to going back!
