The Antique Pedi stool Dining Table has 5 Ladder-back Chairs, all simply charming and a great place to start your morning with a cup of coffee and the paper!

The Outdoor Area’s are Simply Marvelous! Many wonderful spots to relax, read a book, or just hang out and have a chat! There’s a deck with bar height table with (4) chairs and a fieldstone sitting wall, blue stone patio with a large wicker settee and chairs with comfy cushions, and a large herring bone brick patio with dining set for 6+, with grill area. The different elevations, with garden walls and shrubbery, create intimate seating area's to enjoy Your 'Vineyard Vacation'! After the beach, golf, or biking, this is where everyone will want to come home too! Take an outdoor shower in the late day sun, a late day snooze in the hammock, listening to your favorite CD, awaiting the BBQ.

Living room is comfortably decorated with a bit of whimsy with window seat and large pillows, a great old raised panel antique bar with stools, with flags flying overhead, with all the ‘Pomp and Circumstance’ your Vineyard Vacation should have! A great place to set up your computer, or play a board game! Simple galley kitchen with a drop leaf breakfast bar is open to the living area, with a ‘Dancing Pole’ in the archway! French doors lead to a sunny south facing covered porch, perfect for morning coffee and after the beach snack, rain or shine!

The first floor bedroom with queen connects to outdoor shower. If you have never used one, you’ll want one for your own. The UPPER DECK, with “Open Rail Banister” and Staircase (see Pictures), contain a set of twins and a full convertible sofa. All overlooking the 1st floor with cathedral ceiling with fan, FLAGS, eyebrow windows, and many oversized windows with drop drapes, which creates a light filled bungalow.

Located down a lane Abutting Town Private Edgartown Golf Club, at the closest intersection being Curtis Lane and Clark Drive, you can hop on the bike path and be at a beach by bike in less than 10 minutes or take the Vineyard Transit Authority and investigate the whole Island. You can stroll just through the wood and in 3 minutes hit the Dairy Queen, or catch a coffee to go, and a paper and take a Sunday Brunch at the Harborview, with it's phenomenal views of Chappy, the harbor opening with all the comings and goings of the boats, and the historic Edgartown Lighthouse, but wear your suit and bring a towel, the in town beach is right across the street and around the corner on the way home!
