Quietly tucked away in the prestigious Down Harbor section of Katama, this post and beam contemporary features a large "L-shaped" pool with multiple entertainment areas, and is surrounded by a private, wide open yard.

A two-and-a-half story Great Room with post and beam cathedral ceiling and open Living and Dining Areas, opens out to, and looks over the pool area. Just outside the glass wall of windows and doors, there is a large wrap-around deck for outdoor entertaining and dining.

There is ample room for relaxing and entertaining poolside as well, and easy access to the large yard.

The Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling,... plus two other bedrooms, and two bathrooms, are located on the first floor. There is also a sleeping loft, which overlooks the Great Room. It is reached by climbing a yacht-style set of steep stairs, and has sleeping and sitting areas.

At the end of the street, there is access to the private Down Harbor association beach on Edgartown Harbor, and pick-up and drop-off use of the association dock.

Conveniently located halfway between Edgartown and South Beach.
