Privately set on an acre and a half of park-like grounds, this delightful Katama beach home with heated pool is designed for summer living, with large sun deck, screened porch, farmer's porch, and poolside patio.
Inside, the main floor has a Great Room with open Living and Dining Areas, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and sliding doors that open to the south-facing deck and pool area. There are wide plank pine floors throughout.
A large Kitchen with breakfast bar/cooking island opens to the Dining area. Sliding doors open to a large screened porch that overlooks the pool, for outdoor dining and entertaining.
