Our lovely and romantic 4-star graded, 2-bedroom Park Apartment, is in Pilrig House, an A-Listed, 17th-century Scottish Townhouse (built 1638), which has a distinguished history & wonderful literary connection with Robert Louis Stevenson; it was his mother's family's home - as a child, RLS often visited & played in the gardens here - he mentions Pilrig House in his novels Kidnapped and Catriona.

Additional Location Information
Edinburgh has been nominated as the "˜Best Place to Live in the UK" and, as listed in the Top 10 Travel Destinations, is recognised as one of the world's most beautiful and historic cities.
At Pilrig House, you are in the heart of the city just a15-20 minute walk (just under 1 mile) from Princes Street - Edinburgh's main street, and all of Edinburgh's main attractions. But, you'd be forgiven for thinking that you're in the middle of the Scottish countryside.
Why? To begin with, there's the greenery. People tell us that staying in Pilrig House is like staying on a country estate. And then there's the peace. Our parkland location is wonderfully tranquil, and the House's thick stone walls ensure that any noise has a long way to go before it disturbs your relaxation.
From Pilrig House, you are also a 10-minute walk from the fashionable Shore area of Leith - Edinburgh's historic port area, which boasts many recommended wine bars & restaurants on the waterfront, including two Michelin-star restaurants. It is also where The Royal Yacht Britannia is berthed.
We are also a 15-minute stroll from Edinburgh's Botanical Gardens, and a 10-minute walk from the Playhouse Theatre and a mulit-screen cinema.
We are located mins' walk from the nearest bus-stop (buses travel to the centre of town every few minutes), a great local swim/leisure centre with gym, Victorian swimming-pool, sauna, hot baths, exercise classes, eateries, local shops, supermarket, Edinburgh Woollen Mill & Clan Tartan Centre, Ramsay Cornish Auction House, laundrette, church, Martin Wishart's Cook School (Michelin-star restaurant owner), Leith School of Art, and a plethora of other independent shops and restaurants....
With the added bonus of FREE parking (very rare for Edinburgh!), you also have the benefit of being able to take some beautiful drives in the nearby couuntryside, or even further afield - we have a specially created file for those people with cars staying longer than 4 nights - which gives great recommendations of places to visit within a 2-hour boundary of Edinburgh, and includes maps and photographs. Our AA-touring atlas also comes in handy!
Pilrig House is within walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh, yet it's completely tranquil, and both bedrooms offer leafy views of those 'brave young woods'.

What Past Guests Are Saying

Very comfortable, with many amenities and very gracious hosts
We (party of 3) stayed at Pilrig House for five days and found it very comfortable, well-furnished, very well kept, quiet and convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in Edinburgh. Debbie and Phillip are totally dedicated to making their guests feel right at home and ensuring they enjoy their stay to the utmost.
Spring in Edinburgh
The park apartment is very well equiped with all the stuff you could possibly need. It is full of style/character and to be recommended. It is conveniently close to Leith. Debbie and Martin are very helpful and have a lot of useful advice for Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

The Perfect Place
We visited Edinburgh in December 2011 and had a wonderful time.
Pilrig House turned out to be the perfect base of operations. We found all attractions to be within an easy walking distance, but if we felt likle being lazy, there were bus stops close by to take us anywhere within minutes.
The Park apartment is beautifully furnished and provides all the comforts of a home away from home. We found many unexpected yet lovely complementary extras, from adapters for continental plugs to fresh milk in the fridge. Phillip welcomed us warmly and proved to be a fount of knowledge on all things local. He gave us some great ideas for things to see and places to eat at. We didn't get a chance to meet Debbie in person, but she called to make sure we were alright. She proved to be just as kind and helpful as we thought she would be, based on our interaction during the very easy booking process.
Another wonderful service worth mentioning were the different kinds of informational materials found in the apartment, including leaflets and flyers for local attractions and above all a folder with menus from some of the great local restaurants. We were able to browse before going out and were never disappointed.
We loved everything about Pilrig House, our friendly hosts and the lovely views from the Park apartment, and if we get a chance to visit Edinburgh again, Pilrig House will be the first place we'll look at for accomodation.

a complete 5 star experience
We had the pleasure of staying in the Park apartment for 5 weeks. A complete delight. Beautifully furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean. A very tranquil setting but close to the city and Leith, we didn't have a car but managed to get around easily by bus.
Debbie and Phillip are outstanding hosts and Phillip is an amazing historian.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Pilrig house if we return to Edinburgh.

Pilrig House is the great place
Everything was nice! The house is very clean and comfortable. Debbie and Philip are very good people. The park near the house is nice. I'll be happy to come back to Pilrig House again.

5 Star Comfort.
After flying all the way from New Zealand Pilrig House was a very welcome site and we loved it right away. While my husband ran around sorting the bags etc...I had a lovely hot shower put the robe and slippers on that were there for us, then cuddled up on the sofa with a hot cup of tea and a very nice piece shortbread that Debbie had left for us in a wonderful welcome pack, home didn't seem so far away then. We found our way with easy and a few tips. It was lovely to have the look out of the park and we hope to go back as we loved Scottland very much.
Clean, so well stocked and beautiful apartment
This apartment was excellent, well stocked and had a feel of home. The view of the park is special in Edinburgh. It is quiet and the owners are super helpful. Even a place to park our rental vehicle which is prime in Edinburgh.
An historic self catering appartment
Pilrig House is full of character and in a lovely setting overlooking the park. The owners are very welcoming and ensure guests have everything they need plus some special extras - flowers, fruit, welcome pack, bathrobes, slippers and whisky!
The house is roughly halfway between Edinburgh City centre and Leith. Approximately 25 minute walk to each but also well served by local buses. Good pub meals available within a few minutes walk.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the comfortable Park appartment and look forward to our next visit.

Pleasant days in homy apartment
Thank you for a very pleasant visit to Edinburgh and Pilrig House. Me and my husband appreciated the homy feeling, where we could spend some days with our daughter whom we hadn't seen for some time. A private living-room is perfect for talk and just spend some time together in a relaxed way.
Jo Ann & Lynn
Pilrig House was perfect for our stay in Scotland-its history, and Debbie and Philip, the owners, hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The location was beautiful with Pilrig Park at your front door, and convenient to downtown Edinburgh with a short bus ride from the bus stop around the corner.
Great accomodation and location
This well appointed apartment had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay in Edinburgh.
We stayed at the Park apartment in Pilrig House for our honeymoon. The house was fantastic, and Debbie and Philip had clearly gone to great lengths to ensure that every small detail had been thought of. I had contacted Debbie in advance, and she had been kind enough to arrange for a bottle of champagne and bunch of flowers on arrival. Debbie had also bought some essentials in case we didn't want to go shopping straight away.
We were lucky enough to have great weather throughout our stay in Edinburgh, but even if it had rained, the apartment is well stocked with books and Dvds to ensure we would have been kept entertained. On our arrival, Debbie was on hand to welcome us, and to show us where the house is located on a map, and where the best local restaurants are. She also pointed out the best routes to the various places we wanted to go to.
The location is great - just over twenty minutes walk from Edinburgh city centre, which is compact. The house is set in parkland, which ensures that even in a bustling city, a peaceful stay is assured. The house is well stocked with toiletries, and fresh linen, which is changed regularly. It has all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, which helped ensure that we were able to spend our time relaxing.
The best thing about the house is the setting and the presentation of the accommodation, not to mention Debbie and Philip's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. We have racked our brains, but honestly can't think of a negative aspect!

Could not have been better!
My husband, adult son and I spent four nights at the Pilrig House and the accomodations were outstanding - charming, immaculate, quiet, perfectly furnished and outfitted, plus a wonderful location. Debbie and Philip had also furnished the apartment with every type of brochure, map, DVD, book, favorite shopping spots, favorite restaurants with menus, welcome goodies - and if you couldn't find what you were after, they were readily available with personal information and recommendations. We wish we could have stayed longer than 4 days and hope to return sometime in the near future.
The location next to the park was ideal. Not even a pavement between the front gate and the park grass.
Extremly quiet property, especially considering it is in the middle of a city.
A short walk across the park and up the street opposite takes you onto Leith Walk with it's very varied and frequent bus service.
Flat facilities are excellent although the flat is not huge. The only issue I had was the duration the bathroom fan stayed on. This was a problem at night, however I mentioned it to Debbie as I left and she said that she would get the fan 'timing' reduced.

Perfect location for Edinburgh vacation!
Pilrig House was the perfect place for us to stay during our eight days in Edinburgh! The location between Leith and Edinburgh City Centre was great for us. We got lots of good walking in which made it easy for us to eat all the great food! Debbie and Phillip Martin are outstanding hosts! The Park apartment was perfectly appointed, the kitchen nicely stocked and the setting was spectacular. We can't say enough about how wonderful it was. We hope to be back very, very soon!

Our home away from home
Since we live in a house built in 1749, we consider Pilrig House our home away from home. This was our second time staying at Pilrig House. We have had the pleasure to use both the Park and Balflour apartments. Both are beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with luxury bath products. Debbie is a very warm and welcoming hostess. Debbie and her husband go the extra mile to make sure that you have everything you need and provide much needed information on directions and sightseeing. The grounds are well kept and the park location is very enjoyable. Although, Pilrig House is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to Waverly Station/Royal Mile, it is very convenient to wonderful restaurants, shops and the area of Leith. On our future trips to Edinburgh, we won't even consider staying anywhere else but Pilrig House.
Quiet retreat from tourist Edinburgh
Charming, very well appointed apartment. Debbie was extremely helpful.
Wondeful, exceptionel, awesome, unforgettable!
It's a lovely house, an exceptionel appartment in a wonderful special setting. A must-be for any Edinburgh visitor who looks for a special authentic accommodation. Don't miss it!
Wrexham North Wales
From start to finish this was a wonderful holiday we were met by Debbie on arrival and taken to our apartment -it was spotless and all essential provisions provided i.e. milk, coffee, tea, bottled water etc.The location was superb one mile from the coast and about one and half from the city Both Debbie and Phillip were on hand if needed but were not intrusive and very interesting people to talk to- we cannot honestly say one bad thing about these apartments ad would definitely stay again.
A unique and comfortable vacation apartment in Edinburgh
We chose the Park apartment of Pilrig House because it promised to offer a good combination of value, comfort and location. Located midway between Edinburgh and the waterfront suburb of Leith, it was very convenient to walk or take the bus to either. Also very close to the Water of Leith Walk - a great running/walking path that connects to other paths around the city. Pilrig House itself is a beautiful historic home, now divided into a few tasteful apartments. The house fronts an expansive park of green space where you can enjoy watching the residents of Edinburgh walking their dogs, playing soccer, and enjoying life. The house also has a beautiful, private garden where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. The Park apartment was tastefully decorated and very well appointed, with nice linens, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable & practical furniture and good lighting. The bedrooms were compact, but more than sufficient. The bathroom was spacious, clean and modern. Tons of tourist information all organized and right at our fingertips. Lots of Dvds to enjoy, when we tired of walking the town. (The flatscreen TV is pretty small though). Debbie was an absolutely terrific host/manager. We'd definitely return to Pilrig House. But because it isn't located in the historic district, personally we think believe it's best suited for travelers who are planning a to stay in Edinburgh for at least three days and who really do prefer to walk or bus to the major tourist attractions. It's a perfect place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.
We had a great stay. What a beautiful location. Debbie and her husband were great hosts. The amneties were lovely. Would highley recommend if you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to see everything!!!

wonderful hospitality, apartment and weather
We were visiting Edinburgh for the first time and staying at Pilrig House made it an experience that could not be bettered. The personalised hospitality made us feel at home right away and insight into the history of Edinburgh and Leith and Pilrig House set the scene for a memorable stay. Then there was the weather, sunny and warm with clear blue skies, just perfect to appreciate all that Edinburgh offers. Thank you Debbie and Philip

Beltane, Ballyhoo and great Bed in the heart of Edinburgh
Debbie and Philip are brilliant hosts. They didn't miss a detail in the apartment (immaculate and well appointed) From the fresh roses to the whiskey and chocolate to the luxury bath products. All was in order. There is nothing like a heated towel rack to help take the chill of the Edinburgh air out of your bones. They arranged a terrific collection of local guide books, maps, menus and other conveniences. They were even willing to help stock the fridge with essentials or take us to the store to stock up. Philip is a charming guide, brimming with local lore. Debbie is cheerful and ebullient in her desire to go of her way to make you comfortable. The park apartment was perfectly situated in a lovely park in the Leith district and gives you easy access to good local food (we loved Fisher's..ask for Ewan) and is convenient to all city center attractions by foot, cab or bus.
Deb and Phil have a terrific thing going here and if we return to Edinburgh it will be no question as to where we would stay. We would return without hesitation.
Great stay in Edinburgh!
The level of service we received while staying here was excellent!! Pilrig House is beautiful and the accomodations were wonderful. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants and pubs, as well as the historic center of the city. Debbie and Philip Martin are excellent hosts and full of not only useful tips but the history of the house and area, as well. We plan on visiting Edinburgh again and would not think of staying any place else!

Kidnapped in Edinburgh
As a special gift to my husband (born and raised in England and who's mum was Scotish) I surprised him with 10 days in Edinburgh for Hogmany 2010. Wow. Did I hit a homer with this gift.
I found and booked the "Pilrig House" another Homer. We arrived in a blizzard, worse winter in 25 years but it didn't matter. We were greeted by Debbie and Phillip and were made to feel completely at home. Everything was perfect. The House, the gardens, the area and the host'. The magnificent and ancient structure, built in 1638 on the site of an old gun emplacement, the warm welcome ,the wonderful furnishings and the ammenities, the continued caring shown us as guest and the support for our adventures in the neighboring towns; it was perfect. The former home of Robert Louis Stephenson' Mum and a visitors dream come true. Located a short walk from the city centre and surrounded by quaint little shpos and restaurants like, "The Yard". Trust me on this one, if you want to do Edinburgh right do it at the Pilrig House. "Can't wait to go back".
Sandy Delves, Powder Springs, Georgia
Having driven through the densely populated city centre (I'm sure not by the
most direct route) we were pleasantly surprised by the look of Pilrig House
and the amount of green surrounding us. The first thing we noticed was
how immaculate everything was. There's clearly a good deal of pride taken
over the house's upkeep. I was equally impressed by the essentials which
had been left for our enjoyment (I may be stretching the definition of
essentials a little but I like cookies and whiskey as much as the next man!).
There were minor and perfectly excusable hiccups with the accommodation
but the way that Debbie and Philip addressed these turned them from
glitches to highlights.
I think the soundest advice I can offer any prospective guest, is to ask Philip
about where to go. We heeded his advice on eateries North Berwick and
Tantallon Castle, which was another highlight for us.
Thanks again The Martins - have a great spring!

great location and apartment
Apartment was made available with treats like, whiskey, biscuits, washing powder, milk etc etc….this was really nice to find after a long day on the road traveling. Apartment was only a 5minute bus ride from the city centre and overlooked a lovely park. we loved the location as it was close enough to see all the city sites but far enough away to have peace and relaxation at days end...Philip was extremely helpful on check in and apartment had all the maps and brochures any tourist could ask for….games, books and DVD's provided home entertainment and the guest toiletries were of a higher than normal standard...we had a late flight the day we checked out and as no one was booked in the apartment that day we were allowed to leave whenever it suited us…small gesture from Debbie but extremely appreciated by us as we would have been idling time at an airport…we would highly recommend this apartment but beware, one night will not be enough and you will wish you had booked for a week...
Thousand Oaks, CA
Perfectly warm and cozy winter stay.
While the weather was very cold but nonetheless beautiful, it was always such a relief to come back to our park apt. After being out in the snow for a couple of hours a person feels tired and drained and the pilrig house was such a welcome abode. We'd make tea or coffee and stay warm while staying in in the evenings. In all honesty, you can stay in your apt. your whole visit and not have wasted your vacation. Very relaxing and leaves nothing for you to worry about, the pilrig house is a fantastic destination. Kitchen has everything you need, bathroom has everything as well (including heated towel racks!), comfortable furnishings, movies, tv, and my favorite; a nice decanter of whiskey. Highly recommended and thank you Debbie for a wonderful stay!

Pilrig in December
To experience Pilrig House is to step back in time with every convenience
known to modern man at your fingertips. Our hosts were extraordinary in
making everything enjoyable, knowable and comfortable. There is no detail
overlooked here which makes it possible to dive into the history of Pilrig and
it's former life as well as making each day an adventure of exploration knowing
we would be coming back to warm baths, hot tea and comfy beds.
Debbie was a willing escort for us through town. She was a wealth of
regarding the bus system and wonderful places to eat. They are the perfect
hosts for the perfect experience in Edinburgh! I highly recommend it for it far
exceeded our expectations!
peaceful retreat in the heart of Edinburgh
My month long stay in the Park Apartment at Pilrig House can only be
described as delightful! The apartment truly was everything it was
to be and more. Its modern amenities and rich history make this apartment
With a lovely view from our doorstep of Pilrig Park ,we awakened each
to the sounds of birds chirping and squirrels playfully chasing each other in
the park. The Park Apartment provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of
sightseeing in Edinburgh and a wonderful base from which to make day
to the surrounding areas.
Debbie and Philip have provided all the things needed to make ones stay
enjoyable and relaxing. They were always willing and egger to make helpful
I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already booked again for next year.I
look forward to seeing Debbie and Philip again as they have become good
Best Place We've Ever Stayed!
My husband and I spent the second week of our Honeymoon at Pilrig
House. My parents joined us there and we were all wowed by the beauty of
the Balfour Apartment and Pilrig House in general. We were warmly
welcomed by Debbie who gave us a short tour of the apartment and showed
us where to find all the brochures and pamphlets of tourist attractions and
restaurants. The owners really have thought of everything you could
possibly need and put it right in the apartment. If you forget anything at all
chances are you will find it in the apartment. When Debbie left after
greeting us we all felt like little kids at Christmas. The place was beautifully
decorated and impeccably clean. It truly felt like home instantly. The only
problem for us was that it made it difficult to leave the apartment to go
sightseeing! My parents said that they slept the best they have slept in
years. The apartment was extremely quiet night and day. There were
numerous grocery stores that we were within walking distance and Pilrig
Park is lovely. We all loved it and were very sad to leave. We would highly
recommend Pilrig House to anyone visiting Edinburgh. I can't imagine EVER
staying anywhere else. We hope to get back to Pilrig House again!
The accommodation and facilities provided at Pilrig House are exceptional, beautifully furnished and equipped the garden rooms in which we stayed were a home away from home with everything you could possibly need. The owners, Phill and Debbie were very helpful and informative, to the extent of providing a guided tour of Edinburgh on our arrival. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome.
Central, quiet, relaxing
Had a great week - Philip was very helpful and gave us a lot of good tips! There were loads of brochures and books with further information and Philip and Debbie even managed to organize a mini heatwave - we had the wrong clothing and even got a sun burn! The town is quite close and buses seem to run every 5 minutes in all directions - use one of the many tour operators to see the countryside and lakes. The apartment had everything plus chocolates/whiskey/fresh fruit and flowers! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Traffic was awful in the town due to roadworks - very noisy but one can escape back to Pilrig House to sit and watch the squirrels!!

Beautiful Haven in Edinburgh
Pilrig - how can I write a review that will give this wonderful apartment the justice that it deserves? I'll start by saying that, having stayed there twice so far, I wouldn't want to go to Edinburgh and NOT stay at Pilrig. For my family Pilrig IS Edinburgh.
The apartment is immaculate - beautifully decorated and maintained, the attention to detail is quite amazing. Debbie and Philip spare no effort in making it welcoming, comfortable (those beds! ah!)and a joy to reside in. The location of Pilrig House, in the park, is an incredible asset to the property. How unique to be so close to the fascinating city of Edinburgh, and all that it has to offer and yet be able to enjoy the tranquility of this pretty setting. To sit in that lovely window seat and watch the world go by, book in hand (from the admirable selection in the apartment) or to sit on those sun warmed steps... Just writing of it makes me want to return! And return we shall, no doubt about that!
Of all that should, (and will, I hope) draw you to Pilrig, for your stay in Edinburgh let me speak of Debbie and Philip. You could not find kinder and more helpful hosts. They go to incredible lengths to look after their guests and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. They have a massive knowledge of Edinburgh and informed us of many places that we never would have found by ourselves. They cannot be praise highly enough.
Edinburgh is an amazing and beautiful city to visit, and Pilrig is THE base to use to explore it from. Enjoy.

Why would anyone stay in a hotel...when you can stay here!
Staying at the Pilrig House was truly the highlight of our 2 week trip through England and Scotland. It immediately became our home away from home all because of Debbie's attention to detail-from the welcoming bouquet of flowers and champagne to the luxurious soaps, towels and bedding we enjoyed every day. We wanted our 25th Wedding Anniversary to be special and she made sure it was. We appreciated having the maps and guide books in the room and the many great travel suggestions she gave us during our "front porch" chats! We will never forget our vacation in Scotland and the Pilrig House.
Pilrig House was recommended by some friends who stayed and we loved it. It was very relaxing after a day of walking around Edinburgh and Phillip and Debbie were perfect hosts. Phillip drove us around the first evening and told great stories about the city. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
Fantastic stay at a 1st Class Apartment
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Pilrig House. Debbie and Philip Martin couldn't have made our stay more enjoyable - the appartment is amazing - every little thing you could possibly want for your stay is there - from a basket of "smellies" in the beautifully decorated bedroom, to the fresh coffee and biscuits in the fully fitted kitchen. The attention to detail is first class and Debbie and Philip not only made us so welcome, but offered to drive us to our daughter's Graduation ceremony, and told us all about the best places to visit, eat etc. A wonderful, relaxing place and we will definitely be back again.
We have travelled to Edinburgh on other occasions and have been fortunate to have stayed at B&B's and Apartments in the town centre. Pilrig House apartment was very comfortable and beautifully presented. Garden outlook of the park and gardens was also inviting. The extra's on arrival where very much appreciated as where the bath robes and umberallas. Debbie's local knowledge was very informative and helpfully. We especially liked to see the squirrels in the garden and the park.
We really our stay at Pilrig House Apartment

My husband and I chose a "road trip" to Scotland for our 25th weddding anniversary. At the end of the trip we had three days in Edinburgh. We book Pilrig House and were so delighted!
Both Debbie and her husband were so welcoming. The apartment was perfect and charming. Also well located to everything we wanted to do in Edinburgh. The reservation gave us complimentary entry to the "Scotch Whiskey Club" which had two locations and was fantastic!
Would highly recommend Pilrig House for it's location, the warmth and knowledge of Debbie and her husband and the value.
Can't wait to return!!

Wonderful home stay in Edinburgh
I stayed here for 5 nights in October of 2007 and had a fantastic stay! This is a far more authentic visit to Edinburgh than any hotel can give you. You really have the feel of staying in a historic home in Edinburgh. The home is perfectly kept and sits on a lovely park, all about a 10-15 minute walk from Prince Street. The Martin's are fantastic and a wonderful help to anyone staying in the home.

Very welcoming home from home
We had a wonderful New Year at Pilrig House, the apartment was superb. We could not fault anything about our stay... Debbie even helped us take our luggage to the apartment, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Every detail was well thought out and the light, airy apartment was immaculately clean! We thoroughly enjoyed the treats of M&S biscuits and the fine decanter of whisky that were put out for our use to name but a few of the many treats and thoughtful supplies that we were very grateful for. We had a lovely view over the park, which looked beautiful with the frost on the trees each morning. We will definitely return for another stay.
My husband, daughter and I stayed at Pilrig House during the summer of 2007. We truly loved it. The property itself was beautiful, but the owners were the real selling feature. Philip was wonderful; a funny and knowledgable man. Debbie was a lovely host as well. The unit was a 2 bedroom apartment, one exuding much character and charm. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful setting,amazing attention to detail
We had a wonderful 4 day break at this beautiful property. It was immaculate and every little home from home pleasure was provided from the chocolates ,flowers, whisky and fresh fruit through to the beautiful bedlinens and comfortable furnishings. We regularly holiday in private properties like these and this was definitely in the top range. We would recommend Pilrig House without hesitation,an amazing property lovingly maintained!
