Our Queens apartment is a truly luxurious and spacious apartment ideal for 3 couples or a larger family visiting Edinburgh as all bedrooms have ensuites! This apartment is located in the city centre on Queen Street. Just 2 minutes walk to Princes Street. Surrounded by galleries, monuments, restaurants, shops, public transport, private gardens, and much more.

Great apartment! Nicely appointed with three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It even had a patio in the back though we went during the wettest Fall season they ever had so we were never able to use it. It is centrally located and walking distance to the castle and shops. The only negative was when we went, Edinburgh was installing a tram system so the rooms in the front received a lot of noise. My husband and I were in the back room so we did not hear anything (except for a chirping bird that would wake us up at 5am). Parking was difficult (I don't know if it was because of the construction), but we parked in the St James Mall which was practically across the street. It wasn't cheap, but it was a place to park.

Thank you for the review. Edinburgh currently is installing a tram network throughout the city centre, and we do let every enquirer for this apartment know about the possibility of daytime noise. The 2 front bedrooms do have wooden shutters for the windows which helps, and thankfully work is only during the daytime! Parking long term in Edinburgh city centre is difficult and expensive and so we never recommend staying in the very city center if you plan on having a car for more than a few days. However this is all explained in our replys to enquirers.

We rented for three couples and this modern apartment was just perfect. Each large and comfortable bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom. There even is an additional fourth bathroom, a luxury! Everything is furnished including umbrellas! Hi-tech sound system and TV as well as full internet access were also highly appreciated. Finally, it is a only few minutes away from all the sights and sounds of the Old Town. The best place to rent in downtown Edinburgh if you are a party of 6.

We stayed here (5 mid/mature women) on a shopping trip in February 2012 and had a lovely time. We were very impressed with the high standard of accommodation. It had three lovely double rooms - all of which were lovely. There is usually one lovely room that you all want to fight over, but I can honestly say no-one had the inferior room. They all have en-suite facilities. It did not feel like a rental apartment as all the furniture, electical equipment, bedding, crockery was top quality. There were even games and a large selection of Dvds to go with the Sony TV/DVD player with Bose sound system!
The owner was very accommodating and allowed us into the apartment slightly earlier and also allowed us to keep our bags their on our Departure date so we could make the most of our last day. (This would only be permitted so long as they did not need the apartment that day).
There was also a pint of milk in the fridge and Tea and coffee provided. I would definately come back to this apartment and be sorely disappointed if I could not get booked in.
The location of the apartment is also excellent as it is just 5 mins walk from Waverley train station. Central for those walking in heels trying out the lovely restaurants and bars! Harvey Nichols just across the road. -

Great apartment, right in the city and close to the shops and bars. Felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Lovely spacious accomodation even with 3 couples sharing! Thankyou we had a fab time.

Spacious, bright, modern but comfortable apartment that is tastefully decorated, where all the little extras are provided - wireless internet access, basic groceries, cleaning supplies, and even an adapter for non-UK plugs! The apartment managers were very accomodating, arranging for early access to the apartment, and also being available when I accidently locked myself out of the apartment. The location is central, yet very quiet inside the apartment, and the deck is peaceful and secluded - perfect for morning coffee!

This is the perfect home away from home! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is conveniently located, within easy walking distance to old town and the castle. Our family, including two teenage daughters, had a fantastic vacation in Edinburgh, and hope to come back soon! We can highly recommend this apartment!

Four of us stayed in the Queen Street apartment during a 4 night visit to Edinburgh. We loved the apartment - there was one couple, and both of our mothers staying together, and we felt like we were in luxury with our beautiful rooms, separate and lovely modern bathrooms, and comfy living space. It was a great location - we walked all over the old city from our home base. The reservation and check in/out process was very smooth and professionally handled. I would highly recommend this apartment.
