St Stephen's street is located in the heart of vibrant Stockbridge, part of the exceptional Georgian New Town, which has an excellent selection of local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants as befits such a popular residential area. A Sunday farmer's market brings the best of Scottish produce to your doorstep and you will find a tempting selection of products on sale. A short stroll through the beautiful New Town streets to the city centre is very rewarding - though there are plenty of bus services close by should you wish.

This bright and sunny 3rd floor apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, has attractive roofscape vie...ws and offers secure parking with lift from garage to the apartment.

A comfortable south facing sitting room with laminate flooring is decorated in neutral tones and has large windows providing lots of natural light. A comfortable sofa and two armchairs are grouped round a TV with DVD Player. The owners have thoughtfully provided a good selection of DVD's for leisure moments and the apartment also has the benefit of internet access should you require it.

Next door there is a well-equipped dining kitchen with a dining table placed near the window which provides seating for 4 people. The kitchen area has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware - ideal for those wishing to prepare a meal at home.

The master bed room has beds with memory foam mattresses to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. These can be arranged as singles or a super king upon request. This room is furnished with attractive side tables and lamps and an Ipod docking system. Large sliding wardrobes have plenty of hanging and drawer space. An ensuite shower room has shower, loo and wash hand basin.

The second bedroom has a double bed with an attractive Victorian style headboard and also has a memory foam mattress. Attractively furnished with a chest of drawers and matching bedside tables this room offers views over north Edinburgh. A large walk in cupboard provides plenty of space for hanging clothes.

Easter, bank holidays and rugby weekends will be charged at high season rates with a 3 night minimum booking period. In order to confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit with the balance of your rental due 6 weeks before your stay.

  Clean comfortable and modern upper floor flat in a fairly quiet street, with a lift and secure parking.
  Walking distance to the city centre, Stockbridge and the Botanic Gardens.
  We were met at a prearranged time to receive the keys but only had a brief explanation of the workings of the flat and the allotted parking space was a bit of a challenge to find.
  Large comfortable beds and two bathrooms were a bonus.
