This very attractive first floor apartment sleeps up to 3 guests plus a baby (travel cot provided). The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and would make an ideal base for visitors wishing to explore the city or for a business traveller.

The accommodation includes an unusually spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area. This room is situated at the front of the property, it has beautiful wooden floors and a large bay window which bathes the room in light. The well designed kitchen area has a gas hob and electric oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and plenty of glass, china, cutlery and cookware for those wishing to co...ok in the apartment. A breakfast bar offers seating for up to 4 people.

Opposite to the kitchen, beside the bay window,with lovely leafy views is a stylish glass dining table which provides seating for up to four people to eat in comfort.

To the left of the dining area, is the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs. TV and a DVD player have been provided and there is a high speed WiFi internet connection.

Walking through into the hallway visitors will find a laundry cupboard housing a washer dryer with ironing board and iron.

The generously proportioned double bedroom is located to the rear of the building and provides a peaceful haven in which to rest after a long day exploring Edinburgh. It is furnished with a king sized iron bedstead and has plentiful cupboard and wardrobe space.

An appealing single bedroom is also to be found at the rear of the property and is furnished with an pretty wrought iron day bed, with a bedside table and a pine chest of drawers. We can provide a travel cot for this room for guests travelling with a baby or toddler.

Buckingham Terrace is a beautiful leafy Victorian Street in Edinburgh's fashionable West End. This exceptionally spacious first floor apartment is a comfortable 10 minutes walk from the West end of Princes Street. Buckingham Terrace is also close to the Water of Leith Walkway which can be accessed from Dean Village and provides an intriguing way of exploring Edinburgh. Visitors can walk along the banks of the Water of Leith from the apartment to the Gallery of Modern Art, The Dean Gallery, Stockbridge Village, the Botanic Gardens and all the way to the Port of Leith . Stockbridge, which is about seven minutes walk away, has a great atmosphere, very popular with visitors and provides good local shopping as well as offering a very good choice of bars cafes and restaurants.

Easter, bank holiday and rugby weekends are charged at high season rates and have a 3 night minimum tariff. We require a 25% deposit to secure a booking and the balance the rental falls due 6 weeks before the arrival date. Towels and bed linen plus heat and lighting costs are included in the price.
