We had an amazing time in the Parliament Sq 3 flat. Absolutely perfect location, great view, clean, modern and comfortable. Also, easy access to train station and airport shuttle. Will recommend to all of our friends and family.

This flat is very spacious and beautifully furnished, we chose it for it's location and wasn't disappointed! The views onto the Royal Mile were fabulous and could sit for hours watching the world go by, it really is perfect for a visit to Edinburgh as is near to everything. Service provided by Edinburgh Self Catering was excellent, would definitely recommend.

Checking in was very easy. An agent met us at the front door at agreed time and showed us round the apartment and gave us directions on how everything worked etc. He was welcoming and professional. Apartment is up two substantial flight of stairs so was relieved we had travelled light and none of us have dodgy knees.
Very nicely proportioned flat with high ceilings and lovely original sash windows with working wooden shutters. Great view from hall through dining area to the stained glass window of St Giles. Kitchen had all we needed, beds were comfortable and everything was clean and orderly. Lots of fot water but the shower was a bit tricky to operate.
Enjoyed watching the street performers on the Royal Mile from the comfort of the kitchen/living room and hearing some of the buskers. Unfortunately, you also hear a fair bit of activity on the RM through the night in the main bedroom. Dispite that, it is a great location as you can walk to many museums, galleries, good restaurants and Princess Street from here. Would certainly consider booking again and thought it was good value.

This flat was great. We have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone. The location was perfect. The flat itself is very spacious. My only recommendation would be better lighting in the living room.

This was my second time in Edinburgh and the location of this apartment was perfect for walking out your door to any part of the city. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a lot of light. The ony downside to staying here that I noticed was some noise during the night from the surrounding street activity.

Went there with my family and stayed at parliament square. Brilliant location right in the middle of royal mile. Much better than staying under the castle or near the other end with the palace. The flat was very neat and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and more. Very clean and bed sheets were lovely. Even had a homey feel to it. Would totally recommend.

I recently stayed in this appartment on a visit to Edinburgh with my husband and son. It was fabulous! Situated close to Edinburgh Castle and all the historical attractions of the Royal Mile and just a short walk into Princess Street made it the perfect location to experience everything Edinburgh has to offer.
The appartment itself is luxurious; it is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was so nice having such a welcoming place to come home to after a long days exploring.
We felt very well looked after, and would certainly plan to stay there again on our next visit to Edinburgh. -

Returned from a lovely, but too short stay in Edinburgh. The apartment I rented was exactly as I had hoped ... and even better. The pictures were true to their representation of how the apartment really looked.
I think what was most appreciated was the 'meet and greet' man after a flight delay and late Friday evening arrival. He was as friendly and as helpful as could be!
I travel very frequently and am tired of hotel rooms. This 'home away from home' was just that ... warm and inviting!

Greeted by Dave, who gave us keys and showed us around the flat and was extremely helpful. The flat was fully equipped and has just been completely renovated to a high spec. The flat was also equipped with free wifi, free local and national phone calls and has two wide screen led TVs (including virgin pay TV). The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in which was important after long days experiencing the city. We were there just before and during the fringe and this flat could not have been better located, giving us window seat views to the royal mile and St Giles Cathedral. Spent many a morning sipping coffee and watching performers from inside our comfortable confines. But really if you are visiting Edinburgh at any time of the year, the location is amazing and there isn't a better spot to be. We couldn't fault it and we'll definitely be staying in this flat when next we visit Edinburgh.
