Outstanding luxury drawing room apartment with beautiful outlook to private gardens within 10-15 minutes walk to Princes Street.
This first floor apartment is within a converted town house circa 1890 and has been beautifully restored and decorated to a very high standard, retaining many period features including ornate cornicing and wooden panelling.
The property consists of a large drawing (living) room, hallway, two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and plenty of storage. The drawing room has a desk/study area.
