Located within the historic Old Town of Edinburgh's city centre within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile the property is situated close to Edinburgh University and is within a short stroll of the Festival Theatre and numerous festival and 'Fringe' venues. Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, the Grassmarket, The Royal Museum of Scotland and several Art Galleries are all within a 5 or 10 minute walk as are Arthur's Seat and the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Princes Street is up to a 15 minute walk away and, local amenities include a wealth of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.
Transport Links are excellent as the apartment is close to several main bus routes, as well as Waverley railway Station. There is good metered parking directly outside the apartment and an NCP 24 hour car park nearby.
