City centre 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-presented, bright, spacious and stylish second floor apartment set quietly within an exclusive modern development. The apartment benefits from a concierge service, lift access to all floors, secure entry phone system, free Wi-Fi, free secure underground car park, balcony, disabled access and well equipped on-side resident's gym. Sleep up to 4 guests. Towels and bedding are provided.

Genius luxury 1500 pocket sprung and hypoallergenic mattresses -hotel style zip and link beds so can be make up with 2 single beds or a super king size bed in each bedroom.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

You enter into the bright and spacious hallway which provides access to all the living accommodation. The lounge has large corner sofa bed ,flat screen 40 inch TV and DVD ,coffee table and access to balcony which has pleasant open views. The separate well equipped dining-kitchen has modern wall mounted units there is an integrated oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, etc, and dining table with 4 chairs.

Master bedroom has hotel style zip and link beds so can be make up with 2 single beds or a SUPER KING-SIZE bed, fitted large wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

Second bedroom has hotel style zip and link beds so can be make up with 2 single beds or a SUPER KING-SIZE bed also benefits from large built in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a fresh white three piece suite.

The development enjoys extensive landscaped communal grounds and there is residents parking and underground car park.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in the popular Brunswick area of Edinburgh, which lies to the east of the City Centre. The property is well positioned to take advantage of superb range of local shopping and a cosmopolitan selection of cafes, bars, cinemas, theatres and restaurants in Easter Road, Leith Walk and Princes Street. Leisure wise the choice exceptional, as one would indeed expect from a major international city. Edinburgh's historic Old and New Town are easily accessed as a Queen's Park, Arthur's Seat, Scottish Parliament and the beautiful open spaces Holyrood Park. Perhaps the most noteworthy are the impressive Edinburgh Castle, Vue multi screen cinema Omni Centre, Playhouse Theatre as well as Harvey Nichols, luxury shopping in Multrees Walk and the St. James Quarter. The cosmopolitan Leith's Shore District offers an array of bistros and restaurants, with the Ocean Terminal Shopping Complex providing a number of High Street named stores, where you can also get on board famous Royal Yacht Britannia. Around three miles from the apartment there is Portobello Beach it is a suburb of Edinburgh with a promenade fronting on to the wide sand beach.

You can walk in 10-15 minutes to old town (Royal Mile) and new town (Princes St)or taxi cost around £9 or bus cost £1.9 per person one way.
