Description

No32 The Town House offers self catering accommodation ideally located in the city centre of Edinburgh. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms.

Featured over 3 floors, the house benefits from a new open plan kitchen, dining lounge area with cloakroom toilet off the lounge and access to the rear garden. Bedroom one also provides ground floor sleeping with its own en suite shower room.

Up on the first floor are three further bedrooms. Bedroom two is a small twin room served by the spacious bathroom. Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms sleeping three singles and each have an en suite shower room.

Up on the second floor we have a large bathroom and shower room serving the two bedrooms. Bedroom 5 sleeps up to four singles and bedroom five is a king room sleeping two.

The house also benefits from private parking for up to two cars at the front of the property. Note the footpath must always remain clear or you might find a parking ticket on the windscreen.

Please note, this is not a party house and although we can cater for Hen parties this is only done on a case by case basis.

Note: Scottish government has introduced licencing for all self catering properties. As of October 1st 2023 all properties must have applied for such a licence however Government have given themsleves 12 months to respond to applications. In the unlikely event we are forced to close during this time a full refund will be given.

How do damage deposits work?

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
